Cedar View Apartments

My wife and I lived in Cedar View last year. It was a good apartment, especially for the price. The manager, Cindy, was very cordial and available to help. The property management was easy to contact. I think the biggest improvements would be (1) adding a garage and (2) reminding people not to play their music or TVs too loudly. Overall, however, a very good apartment complex.

I stayed at Cedarview apartments from April 2022- March 31 2023, being my first home solo living. If i could give no stars I would. Everyone from the management office(Olivia & Shawna) to the onsite property manager/ Landlord (Cindy) are the most rude, RACIST, and disrespectful people I’ve ever rented from. From lying about ruined carpet in hopes to get $1300 plus keeping the security deposit, just for them to turn around and say they would give us the security deposit back after us stating we would take them to small claims court for false allegations. We have always experienced small complaints when it came to us such as “Keeping the main door closed” when we would be bringing in groceries etc. The lists goes on..moral of the story is Cedar view apartments or anywhere associated with Di

Well I filled out an application after they got back to me and they wanted to me go though hoops with my cat , my Dad is a Korean War veteran and the cat offers him emotional support. They wanted documentation on the cat that doesn't exist never looked at our income of $54000 a year but they never looked at that. I'm glad I am not renting from Cedar View and I tell anyone to think twice about renting from them. They don't accept people for the way they are.

Great place to live, Cindy the onsite manager is a pleasure to work with and gets work done quickly. The only issue I've ever had was loud upstairs neighbors who had no respect for trying to keep quiet. Since they left I've never had any issues.

Very quiet and nice neighborhood. All the neighbors are nice and welcoming. Maintenance people come really fast, and the pool is great!
