So kind she kept my application all year not like the others in this podunk town

If you don’t mind dog poop, cigarette butts, smokers, criminals, screaming kids, bikes, drugs, unsocialized barking dogs, no requirement for spay, neutered, vaccines, or licensed, stuck inside 24x7, scooters, bicycles, neighbor hood kids, and skaters flying by your door, gum, trash, food, ice and leaves, unregistered cars, you may be okay here. Neighborhood trash cans overflowing and left open and on the street permanently resulting in trash flying and landing everywhere. The smell is terrible. Don’t enjoy all the grassy outdoor Big turn over of revolving staff. Go inside your apartment, go to your car and just hope your aged old appliances work. No storage. Tiny kitchens. Dirty! But don’t complain or you are the problem. It’s a shame as this could be a nice place. Who cares? I haven’t bee

Looks can be deceiving and they will find any way to deny your application fee if you are on HUD housing even if it is not true.

So my girlfriend has been living in these apartments for the past 4 years and has asked numerous times for things to be fixed and nothing has been done about it. When they do fix things its always a hassle to get them addressed. The heater has been out for the past week and a half and its happened multiple times and says its not an issue. And after i went to the manager very calmly about the heater they say I was uncooperative and aggressive towards management numerous times. I have only met the manager once on monday March 22. Very poor management skills

This place needs to fix there roads and parking area, and take care of the stuff that's broken in there apartments. On the other hand it's a place for people who have really bad credit and need a place to live. I think they could do better with there tenants. For what they pay for rent it could be a nicer place.
