Cedar Trace Apartments

Today, I drove into the Cedar Trace neighborhood, and it looked just as it did when I visited about a year ago to help my grandmother apply for an apartment here. I noticed that nothing was hanging over the balcony railings, the grounds were clean, children were playing safely on the playground, and the staff in the leasing office was incredibly friendly. I was concerned that the neighborhood might take a turn for the worse. Growing up in Durham, I’ve witnessed how new developments can lead to property damage. We need more neighborhoods, both in terms of the people and the staff, to take care of their properties and foster a sense of pride among the community. I hope this property continues to thrive and grow.

I can’t say enough good things about our property manager, Cherlicia Baldwin. She’s always friendly, very professional, and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a general question, Ms. Baldwin goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of promptly. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about both the property and the people who live here, but she does exactly that. It’s evident that she takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of living for all residents. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and friendly attitude helps make this community a wonderful place to live. I’m thankful for all her hard work and dedication! I Highly recommended!

Lived here since they opened in February, Cherlicia Baldwin puts on a good act at first, but she is very sneaky. My car has been towed a total of 4 times and she did not help at all, Not once has she made an accommodation to help the people who live on “her” property. She has no compassion or empathy for her tenants. Everyone does exactly what should not be done in this community on a daily but yet she walks around after hours (7pm/8pm) when the office is closed and individually picks car she feels that need to be towed. I am 6 months pregnant and she chose to deliberately not assist instead of being an understanding person. There are a lot of things I can speak on within this residence that she barely has control over that I will be reporting it to the higher ups.

Apartment Complex is great, I been here since the place open up. The Manager Ms. Cherlicia Baldwin, is the great. She’s a blessing. Best apartment Manager I ever had in all of the apartments I lived in prior to this year. I’m grateful to be here and have this experience. Thank You Ms. Cherlicia Baldwin.

Hi my Name is Stedman Slaughter and im truly Thankful and for Grateful for my 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths I truly Thankful that GOD Open up the Doors for me to have my Home. The Lady's that's in the Office are so awesome and wonderful and Truly amazing and I appreciate Them for there hard work on keeping Cedar Trace Apartments Up and making Sure that everything runs smoothly and Easy so I truly am Blessed and Thankful for my Home and I give them all Five Stars because they have Good Hearts for the ppl as a whole keep up the Excellent work!!!!!☺️🙏
