Apartment management is beyond terrible, the intial move in inspection was rushed and the lady said it is okay for there to be normal wear and blah blah blah just to nit pick absolutely everything at the end and eat up your security deposit and bill you for trumped up cleaning charges for absolutely nothing. I spent 3 days deep cleaning the apartment for it to be white glove inspection ready. Just for her to come in and say a spec of dirt on the washer required the whole area to require cleaning.(im not exagerating. I have pictures). The president of the United States does not have maids up to the standard of the manager named Listina. God help you if you didnt scub the walls to pure white. You'll be billed for the upkeep of an old and rundown apartment. In summary never go here. Managment

Excellent apartment complex great views in all units no matter the location reasonably priced professional staff lots of extra amenities great place to rent from everybody in the office is super friendly they even have their own security patrol to ensure that the property is maintained and safe... Definitely recommend

Manager Naomi at cedar summit estates told me on the phone if i paid two previous creditor bills (almost $500) that she could then approve me and i would have the apartment. I paid those 2 bills and sent her the proof. I Didn’t hear from her again. So After spending $173 for the apartment holding fee, $40 app fee, and that $500 for creditors, i spent a total of $713 and was sent a folio app email telling me i was DENIED due to CREDIT HISTORY!! These are shady poeple! Do not enter ANY AGREEMENTS, until AFTER you have done your application and have beem APPROVED! I lost all my money……

Always a waste of my time to deliver food to this place. The buildings only have one sign each explaining which apartments are there, when the apartments split into 2-3 different staircases; so if you're a guest w/o VERY specific instructions, you have to play trial-and-error w/ the different stairs to find the right apartment.

My husband and I found this complex right before we got married and the low rent for a big space was what caught our eye. It truly was the worst mistake we have ever made moving into this God awful place. My husband's entire car was stolen off of the property, my car was broken into three times, our apartment was broken into once and our entire grill was stolen right from our porch. Not one time did management do anything about it. The leasing agents Larissa and Julie were both incredibly rude and never had a single kind thing to say to either my husband nor myself. Every six months that you resign your lease your rent is raised $100-200 a month. We got multiple roach and bug inspection notices because the property was constantly infested.
