Cedar Springs Apartments

My husband has stayed at Cedar Springs for 8 months and has been very happy. Very clean and comfortable place to hang your hat. Linda is amazing! She has gone above and beyond for us with anything we have needed. We are sad to go and thank Linda and her staff for all they have done.

This is a wonderful and peaceful place to live. I have lived here for a year and have no complaints. Working with the manager Linda has been a great experience. She has made it so pleasant and easy from day one of signing the lease to the renewal. She is always eager to help in anyway she can! Overall my experience here has been great! I would recommend her to anyone that’s looking for a nice place to live!

I absolutely love the staff here. They made my transition from out of state seamless. They walked me thru the process and gave me great insights to the area. They worked with me to get settled in my apartment even moving up my move in date for me. The apartments are very well maintained and managed by a great team. It’s great to come in and see smiling faces and friendly greetings.

While visiting my son, a resident, I found Ms. Alvarado and the maintenance man, Greg going out of their way to make sure that my grandchildren & I safely enjoyed the amenities (pool & grounds) at Cedar Springs. They were always professional & friendly.

I came to Cedar springs apartments for a tour when I was looking for places to move & although I didn't end up moving to Texas from Indiana, Linda Alvarado, the property manager, was very kind, super informative & so knowledgeable about the property & all the amenities. I really enjoyed meeting with her.
