This is an excellent location that is clean and feels secure after hours. Carolyn and Kathy are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Carolyn is always pleasant to talk to. During our move, she was very accommodating and made sure the truck was prepared for us. We truly appreciate these ladies for their warm reception, kind attitude, great humor, and adaptability. Bugs. Bugs everywhere. This apartment would've been so nice. The maintenance staff was quick and friendly, same for the office staff. No complaints about the amenities. But I couldn't enjoy any of that because I was exhausted by the infestation. Killing bugs was basically a part-time job. We set traps, sprayed constantly, packaged everything in plastic/glass, set up multiple dehumidifiers, everything we could think of. That didn't stop the endless stream of silverfish, earwigs, spiders, and other bugs that were constantly plaguing us. The silverfish were the absolute worst. They were in our bathroom, pantry, living room, kitchen, closet, hiding in the picture frames on our walls, EVERYWHERE. One time a silverfish fell off the ceiling and into my bed, another one fell onto my PLATE. Manag

Lived here for about 4 months now with my gf, it's a pretty great place. My only consistent irritations are that the windows have pretty much no sound-proofing, so even just neighbors chatting on the sidewalk below comes through pretty clearly. This combined with the lack of enough dumpsters- meaning the trash trucks have to come multiple times a week most of the time- means you'll likely be jumpscared in your own home by ridiculously loud hydraulics and metal on plastic on metal slamming. That, and the main driveway of the complex itself is too steep- I can get up it fine, but going down it causes the front of my bumper to clip the road, so I almost exclusively use the back gate to leave in the mornings.
