There is no security. Every day a thief comes and damages the car, and the apartment office is not responsible. It is the worst area in terms of security. If you are not looking for a headache, do not choose this place. I am not satisfied at all. My car was attacked three times in six months and no one is responsible.

We've been. In our apartment for many years and rarely did they fix anything. Just recently Atlas management has taken over and big changes are happening. A big Thank You to Jackie for getting things fixed. Your doing an amazing job and we appreciate you and your staff!

Stay as far away from this place as you can! Selena is a liar, and nobody returns your calls, including corporate (Atlas Property Management-Brent Doeksen). They’re thieves who should be in jail, they stole money from a disabled person. We gave notice in November, paid December and January, yet they stole $855 for January rent. They charged us for tub resurfacing when their previous resurfacing was peeling off (pictures) and charged $150 to fix it. All the glue from the floors was leeching up, and they never did anything about it (pictures). They had many months to do something about this, but never did. It was all around the apartment, ruining our socks and shoes. Don’t be fooled, the place is lipstick on a pig. The staff are non-responsive when they have your money.

Can’t wait for my lease to end. Called today cause I noticed my rent went up. Since October/November I’ve been paying $1,119 plus a late fee of $95. Now my rent is $1,196. As I expressed to them that this whole time I haven’t been paying for that. Even when I came to sign my lease they said it would be $1,119 with the water and etc, now it’s “well you might of haven’t been getting charged for it”, so why are you starting all of the sudden this month.she tried to tell me she seen it on the lease on the first page, as I’m on the lease with her it doesn’t say that. I use flex rent so I wasn’t aware of any extra charges until it alerted me. So now I’m paying $1,200 for rent for a place that isn’t even worth it.
