THIS IS THE REAL CEDAR LANE Spend the extra money and go elsewhere because this place definitely isn’t worth what you’re paying for. Trash constantly overfills. People drink frequently if not every day out in the parking lot. The children run rampant with zero adult supervision and with no respect for others. Good luck ever opening the blinds to your sliding door, they like to walk directly up and stare inside. And if you do get to open it be prepared to hear them cuss about all kinds of things. They also enjoy leaving their trash around the complexes. It’s an awesome feeling to get home from work and have to walk around garbage just to get to your front door. Pretty sure management only cares about getting their money when rent is due. As for any issues you’re on your own to solve them y

New owners and management Co are awesome! The place is clean and quiet. Surrounded by woods from Burnt Bridge Creek below. Maintenance is awesome and fast. Rent prices are super reasonable and they are updating apartments as they go and the new updates are beyond beautiful! It is such an amazing place to live that currently they are at 100% occupancy and I believe have a waiting list. That tells you pretty much everything you need to know! It is actually like living in a neighborhood. There's a huge field across the parking lot that you can walk your dogs on and the kids play soccer in. The whole apartment complex is tucked away so we're not on any main road and it's pretty quiet. All the neighbors are super nice. You can be as social as you want or as quiet as you want here. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If you are planning on moving here,DON'T! This place is very run down, I've been here since April 2021, not only is it rowdy, violent and unclean but management won't fix things properly. My backdoor has been broken since move in, doorbell doesn't work, shower has no pressure and plenty of cockroaches even when you bomb. I've tried multiple times to get management to repair and 6 months later still broken. Neighbors are rowdy and blaring music. Broken beer bottles on the playground. Trash is always overflowing. Even stabbing has occurred here. As soon as my lease is up I'll be moving. You'll find most things broken around here like the lights. I also pay way too much for the place as people with 2 bedroom pay 900 and I have one bedroom paying 1155. Management couldn't

Let's start from the beginning. Unlike what I did, please believe every bad review on here. Firstl you don't know this but they control your utilities. The garbage is split evenly through the complex and in the rainy season people leave the lids open so everything gets soaked with water making the garbage truck read the dumpster weight incredibly high. Don't be shocked by 150 dollar garbage bills. Being single that worked out to about 75 dollars a bag. People play basketball, scream and yell through all hours of the night. There is trash everywhere, the laundry rooms are always filled with God only knows what kind of smoke. My apartment had a broken dishwasher from day 1 that was never fixed, they constantly come into your apartment to " inspect the fire alarms" while looking around everyw

Been living here 8 months. In those 8 months, the property has had 3 different property management companies and 2 different owners. Every time I've put in a maintenance request it gets cancelled and not fixed. They have filled in the pool, torn down the playground, ran over and bent up the soccer goal. The only thing left is a basketball goal. Maintenance men have come up on my back patio in the dark, shining their cell-phone flashlights in my face, and up on the ceiling of the patio, at like 7pm. Each time I'm outside and their employees are too, they just constantly stare and make me and my children uncomfortable. The cabinets and drawers have been painted so many times they will hardly open or close. They are strict, nosey, and don't care if your place is up to code. As long as th
