Cedar Knoll Apartments

From what i hear from tenants all time is... File for eviction on the 2nd if rents not paid by the 1st, if owe any money for rent, even $5 any repairs needed in apt will not be done until have a zero balance, rent gets raised $35 a year no matter how long you lived here, wasn't like this until switched owners in 2021, it's sad that literally none of the tenants want to live here anymore but can't afford to move, please don't take my word for it. It's as easy as speaking with any tenant. Myself personally I love this place and will live here until my goal is reached. Save enough to move out of here. Only cause I'm tired of hearing so many negative things about this one of a kind complex that love their pockets.. oops spell check I meant thier people.. sorry bout that this text talk can be

Giving slight credit for at least answering the phone, however I placed a call and filled out a form on a rental website inquiring about an apartment, never received a call back.
