Angie is an amazing Property Manager! She’s professional, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to help residents. She’s quick to respond, handles everything with care, and makes sure the community runs smoothly. You can tell she truly cares about the people who live here. We love living here so far. We are still getting settled in, but the neighbors seem great and the community is incredibly quiet! The apartment itself was extremely clean upon moving in. I believe we are in the smallest apartment size, but I love the layout and use of space. The grounds are great. I love walking my dog here. There are plenty of trees for shade and even a little dog park. I haven't explored it yet, but there is also a walking trail that runs past the complex. Last, but definitely not least, their apartment manager Angie has been incredible. She is incredibly responsive and goes out of her way to give you the best move in experience possible.

I really enjoy living here. My apartment is well kept up, there are grounds to walk around on as well as a a path that takes you to Hibriten High and William Lenoir Middle. I don't have children or a dog, but I appreciate the amenities for both as it makes it a nicer place to live all around. Maintenance fixes things quickly and there is an after hours number for emergencies. The manager and maintenance have both been very nice. I had a unique move-in experience during Helene, and Angie (the manager) and I had my orientation by LED lantern before we sheltered from the storm. She was out immediately after it passed, checking on tenants. The complex communicates with tenants in a timely manner and keeps an eye on the property. I never see any burned out exterior lighting and they clear lea

Angie and Ray have made my experience at Cedar Hills very positive. They are accessible, competent, and customer oriented. Anytime I have needed help from management they have stepped up and resolved whatever the issue was. Cedar Hills is a community as opposed to just an apartment.

Moving in and living here has been an easy process. Angie is probably one of the best people I've ever worked with. Professional, caring, understanding, and responsive. Haven't ran into any issues yet but I'll be sure to update if I do
