Cedar Heights Townhomes

Office staff are very nice and polite. However, Part of your rent goes towards landscaping yet they don’t mow on time in the summer. dog park is not maintained well, the dog poop trash bin is always overflowing. Dumpsters are constantly a mess. After we moved in we found that half the electricity sockets in our house don’t even work. They use cheap paint that rubs off the walls when you try to clean. Roads need to be repaired awfully bad.

A coworker, who lives here, suggested I look into the apartment since I was desperate to find a place. I called and scheduled a meeting with Miss Natasha. I had no idea what to expect, but I’m grateful to the higher powers that Miss Natasha was incredibly accommodating from the very beginning. I fell in love with the unit, and Miss Natasha was transparent about everything. We’ve stayed in touch ever since. I’m thrilled to say that I’ve secured the unit and will be moving in soon after I resolve all the the other requirements. I want to extend my gratitude to Miss Jahnea as well. She was incredibly attentive to my needs during the application process. Keep up the excellent work, and bless your hearts always.

I have been living at Cedar heights for 3 years and the office team has been more than understanding to my life changes & needs . Last year was one of the worst years I’ve experienced but due to Mrs.Natasha and her team ..I have been able to continue to thrive without feeling the weight of the world . She’s replies at a timely manner , maintenance is always available , and my concerns are always handled appropriately!!! It feels great to know it’s not always about the monetary gain. They are here to help & make sure you are living comfortably…THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO!!

Natasha is AMAZING. Truly that’s an understatement, she helped my fiancée and I find a new place super quickly and made it a painless process. Everything was smooth and she even made the stressful parts extremely comfortable. From now on she is our forever go to for property management!

The staff here are incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They go out of their way to make a good impression and seem to really care about the community. If the staff is any indication of what it’s like to live here, I’d say residents are in good hands.
