Rented from them for over a year and a half and never had any problems. The pricing was fair as well and the property was nice. Tori was also very polite.

Don't rent from them Thet scam u out of money bc I asked when a house was available and Tori said Wednesday then sold if to my cousin on Monday then told me I can still pay to fill out a application after telling my cousin she could come sign the lease

I rent with them and they don't care about the fact that I have babies and an elderly parent living here they still refuse to actually fix the ac they keep saying they will but they never deliver it's 100 degrees out here when will they actually fix it when someone drops dead...my son has asthma and so do I... please fix it we can barely survive....I'm about to stop paying rent until it's fixed that or I'm getting a lawyer.
