Cedar Glen Apartments

Lived here for two years before moving out to a home. This place has been one of the best apartments I have lived at. The private entrance is a great feature, no issues with neighbors or noise. The lack of breed restriction was a life savor for me since I have a very sweet German shepherd. The dog park and pool are also great features. Great area! The appliances and carpet are dated but honestly for everything else that you get it’s very minor! I definitely recommend this as a place to live

I do love living here - can hear lots of noises above, the bathroom is very small and the mixing valve needs to be replaced - too much hot water is needed to too little cold water is needed, but the utility guys get the jobs done fast. I love my home, just wish it were it a little more updated and not so creaky. There is a TON of storage in this apartment. Although I want to move up to a 3 bedroom but my hubby won't let me yet....lol

For the rent and "on-site maintenance" claim, I cannot get anyone to pick up the siding that blew off my apartment 2 months ago or a hot water heater (cold showers) for over a week. It's always a "communication error" between the on-site manager and maintenance that leaves residents paying for apartments without hot water. Not even a phone call when maintenance no shows the scheduled time. Very disappointing. Hopefully no one else is experiencing what I have for 3 years.

Lived here a little over two years and absolutely love it such a cozy neighborhood, love the pool in the summer time too!

Beautiful Apartments and a nice atmosphere to live. Management is nice and maintenance is great. Highly recommend living here.
