Cedar Creek Village I

The worst place in Spokane! Never think of moving to this apartment! When I moved in they were so nice and treat you well! When you leave the apartment they charge you for things you never imagined. I lived in this apartment for two years by myself and kept as clean as possible. Finally, I got a job out of state. On my moving date they inspected and told me that I will pay for cleaning which was about $348. A month later, they sent me a bill of amount $3348.00. Look at the pictures for which they charged and also look at the bill.

Great price for apartments. Would be a 5 star if management leaves you alone. One experience I had I was gaslighted for paying more then I should have for rent on management's mistake. Another I was screamed at for someone else's car being loud at 5pm near the main office, and for laying across the hood of my car and texting. Since then management has been targeting me and my roommates vehicles with warning tickets in an attempt to tow them. Again it's a great price and generally very quiet. I've been here for 3 years and it's been nice. Just avoid management.

When we first moved in, the woman running the applications was very unhelpful. However, by the time we moved out, a new lady was running that department. She is WONDERFUL! She was very patient with me and my service animal paperwork. The pools are always clean. The gym is always clean. And the maintenance are so friendly and they are very quick with their jobs. The lot is always spotless and the courtyards are beautiful.

Please do not sign the move in condition paper without close inspection of what they will be looking for when you move out such as tiny chips in the sinks as they are often porcelain and will always chip out larger. After just over one year I had mine professionally cleaned and still lost all of my $450 deposit. Also make sure you put in repair requests a month or two before moving out. My best advice is to find another place to rent !!!

Do Not Rent there Party room!!! They are nice at first saying the $300 dollar deposit they will refund if you clean up afterwards. I spent 2 hours cleaning after my party. And when they check the room there telling me so many stains in the carpet and food. Which is a Total lie!! I left the carpet spotless. Very frustrating. I got less then half of that deposit back. Don’t rent it. They will use your money then lie that you left it dirty.
