Cecelia Place Apartments

I don't often leave negative reviews but this is an exception. This is the worst place I have ever lived. The units themselves are fine if you can tolerate thin walls, but the rent should be considered highway robbery for what you get. The stairwells and lobby are filthy and always smell like dog pee and cigarettes. When the carpet is "cleaned" it just masks the smell. Laundry room is equally poorly maintained. Maintenance requests went ignored. Our property manager changed at least three times in the three years I lived there, and when we contacted Milestone Property Management with questions we received no/late responses. It seems like the only "managing" being done was sending out passive aggressive texts to all tenants about smoking on balconies. Renter beware!

Lived here for a year, was the first tenant. They charged me for carpet cleaning explicitly for pet dander. I never had a pet. Constantly loud, I had a two-floor unit and would get woken up by my neighbors two floors below. Had to call the cops on the neighbors for this. It smells like rotten food and weed all the time in the hallways, and they never do any maintenance. Also, in the summer, the water never gets cold because the pipes are cheap.

So far, I have no complaints. It was a very easy process to apply, the tour was nice and easy, Christa seems like a very nice woman, the neighbors are nice so far. I will update in a few months. We just moved in !
