C&C Property Management.

Don’t work with c and c property management they will scam you of ur money. I paid $120 for three applications, currently homeless, sleeping in an U-Haul and could’ve used that money for a motel. Every time I check in for an update bot tells me they are waiting on owners response, after asking for a callback for hours I finally get a call and get told the exact same thing that they are waiting on owners response, I been getting told this all month. Now trying to dispute with my bank. Don’t trust them.

If I could give them 0 stars I would these people are the scum of the earth I rented with them and they were nice at first then they let their manners talk down and belittle the tenants they have no compassion would give me time to cheat stuff out of the garage when my father passed then they refused to repair the AC for the ENTIRE SUMMER while we were reaching over 100 degrees my mother whom I take care of takes medicine that mashes her more susceptible to heat stroke/exhaustion when she was hospitalized for twice in a week now she’s fighting 2 infections that I strongly believe of from the immune system suppression that tends to occur after heat stroke/exhaustion and now they’re sending their lawyers after us to evict us while my mother is still in the hospital for over a week now Updat

I have scheduled two viewings of properties with the management company. Each time, I have taken off time from work just for the company to confirm the viewing and then cancel an hour before. This is so unprofessional and rude!

C&C Property Management, and specifically our wonderful property manager Destinee, have been a godsend! We previously used another company with good reviews, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Destinee and the C&C team stepped in, helped right the ship, and we are so grateful for them.

Had a showing scheduled and confirmed for a client of mine looking for a rental, we waited 20min and no one showed up nor contacted us… really disappointing!
