CB&M Property Management

We have been renting an apartment from them for 2 months now and have no complaints. They aren't like typical landlords invading your privacy and stuff. The unit is well taken care of, free from pests, and priced fairly for an extended stay in a furnished apartment. My only wish is that the master bedroom would at least have a queen sized bed. It could fit a king to be honest. Me and my husband have been having to sleep in separate bedrooms because he and I can't fit on a full.

Perfection painting uses CB and M frequently while working out of town. Finally a no nonsense company that makes booking so fast and easy. The accommodation s are excellent and prices are amazing. Thank you!

CB&M are such amazing people to work with! They are so helpful and strive to make sure I had a safe clean environment for me to live in, while I was working in Utah! I recommend them to anyone that are needing a place to live in Roosevelt Myton area! I locked myself out of my apartment and at 6 am they came and let me in! I feel like I have made life long friends!

It has been challenging to find something affordable yet appropriately livable in Roosevelt UT. Christine and Lacey have literally done everything to ensure our family has been taken care of. Highly responsive maintenance as well and just amazing group of people. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this group has been and highly recommend

This company is AWESOME - 5 stars all around!!!! The representative (Lacey) whom I spoke with was so caring & went over and beyond to place my son in the perfect rental property. It's not often you find a company like this who looks out for their customers. Thank you CB&M.....
