Caveness Farms Apartments

I'm glad to be welcomed to this community. It's lovely,and I can't wait to get involved!! I came here from New York City covered in 3ft of snow. Not expecting freeze warnings !!

Logan and her coworkers were incredibly courteous. I wasn’t pleased with my first apartment and she offered me another which I am very pleased with. What a team you got there… the only burden is that the first apartment had screened patio, when I asked for screened I was denied. I am retired and intend to remain there for a longtime. The screen provides me some security. Overall the ladies especially Logan Brennan deserve a 10+ 5 for her patience and direction especially with the computer. Thank you Logan

I called this afternoon to inquire about their availability and got a young lady named Logan. I asked her if they had any availability for a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. Logan said yes. I then informed her that I saw on the listing that they accept section 8 vouchers. Logan then said that we're full at the moment. I kindly thanked her and then hung up. I called Logan back not even five minutes later because I kept thinking about how she first said that they had availability but then back tracked after I mentioned the section 8 vouchers. I questioned Logan about it and she became defensive and her tone of voice changed to having an attitude because she contradicted herself as well as LIED. I advised her to stay professional and to use integrity. We were on the phone about seven minut

Caveness Farms Apartments is a beautiful and exceptionally well-kept community! The landscaping, common areas and amenities are always in top condition making it a fantastic place to live. They offer all the usual amenities you'd expect, but also go above and beyond with extra touches that make the community stand out. While I don't live here, I visit regularly as the Accounts Manager for Count Junkula, the bulk trash removal service they use. From my experience, every time I walk in the door, Sherry and Logan are always friendly, professional, and welcoming. The whole team is truly dedicated to taking great care of their residents. I look forward to visiting them. The Property Manager, Dana, is top-notch! Her Maintenance Supervisor Tom goes the extra mile to ensure the community is clean

I had a fantastic experience touring this apartment complex with Logan! From the moment I walked in, Logan was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. She took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and really listened to what I was looking for in a home.
