Cavco - Moultrie

Soooo many issues with our home, everything from horrible paint. Trim, caulking and grout along with wavy/board walls, 3 outlets dont work in our bedroom. Our ceiling fan/light doesnt work in the livinroom or bedroom. House has been delivered for almost 3 months and they sent out a crew that only came out for like 2 hours and barely did anything and some stuff looks even worse. We regret buying from this company and wish we went with another company instead.

Is this how Cavco puts out homes snd they are supposed to be in the top of the line in manufactured homes? We just did a walk through on our new home and we was flabbergasted by the shoddy workmanship that we saw!!! Nothing is centered and the trim in every room was pieced together, some in the middle, some on the bottom and top. The joints looked like 12 year did the construction work!! Now I am almost scared to death to if it will hold together in a storm!! I have pictures and I would never have put my name saying that this was a great company!! This business has HORRIBLE customer service. We have gone through 3 or 4 different service people before finally getting one of Destiny's contracts to come to our house to start working on our punch list. The 1st guy that apparently owned the contract company came out with a cause of caulk and walked around our house the first day for about 2 hours and just caulked stuff to include gaps between light switch face plates, and broken drywall as the "fix". He left stating that he needed more supplies and then called and stated that our local Lowe's didn't have what he needed and he would have to come back the next day. The 2nd day he came, worked on our floor for about 1 hour and then left stating he was going to get lunch. He never returned. My life later text him asking where he was and he

Absolutely trash. I purchased a Destiny from a local retailer 5 years ago. My master shower head has now leaked in the wall to the point it came out the wall behind our toilet and in the hallway and that is how we discovered it was leaking. AND HAD BEEN LEAKING A WHILE. I contacted Destiny via online form and email from another mold issue we had last year and the guy was EXTREMELY rude. He basically said I had a one year warranty and that was it. DONT BE STUPID like us and purchase a Destiny thinking you have a warranty. Crappy built and no warranty to back the damages!!!! We are extremely disappointed. Will never recommend Destiny to ANYONE else. Our home I am sure will have damages to my main beams because of the water and none of it will be covered by Destiny. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Wish I had gone with a different company. It took them 3 years to replace the lino that had been patched together. That lino is no bubbling but Brandi in customer service said it's not covered as I was satisfied when it was installed. How was I to know less then a year later I would have peaks and valleys in the lino. Terrible construction and terrible customer service
