If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a scam & steals money from you. I went over a month ago to see some mobile homes & spoke with Mark Irving. Decided to do an application for one we liked. He said we had to pay $1000 because that’s what the loan company was asking for to know we were serious about buying a mobile home but that it was fully refundable if we wanted to back out. As you do when shopping for homes, we looked at other mobilehome business as well. We ended up like another one more and went with that company instead. Funny enough, they use the same loan company but they didn’t ask me for anything down. I called oak creek to let them know I was no longer interested in getting a mobile home through them & they said they would “send” me my refund of the $1,000 back. It

We recently bought a home from Cavco. Our salesman, Miguel Garcia, was the absolute best! He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process super easy and comfortable. He wasn’t the pushy salesman type at all. We love Miguel and appreciate Cavco for everything!

At first I was overwhelmed about what I wanted in a home, but my sales person helped level that plain. Miguel was outstanding, his insight and knowledge actually help me decide on my home. I'd like to thank everyone there for their part as well. Thanks everyone !!

They left my home up in the sky....too high. Also they left stains on the carpets, didn't helped me get my appliances plugged in also nobody came to fix all the things that they said were gonna get done left a mess. Now nobody will take my calls. HATE MY NEW MANUFACTURED HOME!!!!

People are friendly, homes are beautiful and doesn't try to pressure you into buying when you are looking for someone else.
