I had alot of issues with needed fixes for my new home and was totally given the runaround. A representative from Fleetwood ( Leanna Meador) offered no solution at all to this concern in regards. She mentioned a warranty from date of purchase, which totally makes no sense as you aren't in your new home on date of purchase. You EXPECT things to be complete and ready when tou move in to your new home. Not go from room to room looking for defects. There are alot of things wrong with this brand new home that should have been checked, certified and taken care of before any occupancy of residence. Great home! I truly believe that because I personally invested in the upgrades. It features double-insulated windows, 4x6 floor joists, 4x6 exterior walls with double insulation throughout the walls, roof, and floor. The exterior was wrapped in OSB, then covered with house wrap and finished with vinyl siding. The only issue I had after the home was delivered was a cracked window in the living room on the front side. The company promptly replaced the entire window. While they were there, they also adjusted the back door because light was visible through the frame, and they repaired a cracked wall in the back bedroom next to the bathroom by replacing the entire wall. We purchased a home 1 year ago. There have several problems that have been fixed good. However, a wall that was warped was repaired wrong and has warped again, also window off track. I have contacted the person we were told to. There has BEEN NO RESPONSE. I thought these homes were supposed to be one of the best. Well, they are the worst and poorly manufactured and sorry assistance getting repairs made. I would not recommend these for a dog to live in

My sister is having the same issues as others who have posted the poor reviews. She has been given the run around concerning repairs that are needed. She has sent numerous emails and photos of the items that were in not right since the purchase of her home. She’s had 3 different contractors none of them completed any repairs nor did they stay long enough to complete the tasks. The customer service has been horrible and she never knows who she is supposed to talk to. She made them aware of the problems shortly after she moved in and while a few repairs have been resolved, there are more. The latest is a leak due to a vent not being sealed. This was reported from the beginning. The contractors say they can’t come without a work order. Who provides those? Communication is as poor as their hom

UPDATE: After reaching out on the website, I was contacted and my issues have been resolved. I highly recommend you request Kyle with Fleetwood if you ever need someone to fix your home under warranty. He did a great job. Bought my NEW Fleetwood in May 2022. Made a cosmetic list. Contractor comes out and fixes majority, still need to come back to do other things. (still within my 1 year warranty period), contractor comes out and repairs some things, still waiting to fix my toilets, master bedroom flooring and vent issues. Issues from the get go. Emails sent, proof, and time stamps proving it was within my warranty period. The contractors sent out brush off my issues and again, not fixing my problems. They’ll say “toilets are fine it’s normal they’re gurgling” or the vents should just blo
