They have ZERO quality control before they send their homes out the door. I purchased what I thought would be a nice double wide. Just to find out there was a hole in the tub of my shower, the front door was hung completely jacked up, half the home's electrical wiring needs to be replaced and to top it all off.. the lazy clowns didn't sweep the floor before they laid the linoleum down so there are a baker's dozen stones and whatever poking holes through it when you step on them. Do Not Buy Your Home From This Trash Company!

I am very disappointed. Water pipes broke cost me $500 water bill.Water facet in kitchen which I found out was a 30.00 faucet blew apart and now I can't turn off my hot water except under the sink every time I use it. Already had to replace the faucet and cabinet in the bathroom. The vinyl keeps blowing off the house . Windows won't open all the way. The kitchen cabinets were not coated and the paint is coming off. The floor creeks in the winter time and they were fixed but didn't do any good.The home is only 2 years old . I lived in a double wide for 20 years and never had these problems.

No quality control whatsoever! What a disappointment after waiting over 11 months between the community doing the purchase and home build. These are not things that happened during transport this was done in the factory and released, I don't recommend this experience at all! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Quality is nonexistent. The poorest of the poor workmanship. From very crooked fixtures to mudded outlets. Screws driven out the bottom of cabinets. Lights that glow at night. Painted so poorly that spots look like textured ceilings. Every wall plate crooked. Exhaust hood crooked. Nails driven right through cabinets. Crooked windows. No electrical boxes behind crooked bathroom fixtures. Non centered pulls on drawers in kitchen. It truly looks like it was everybody’s first day on the job! Could never recommend them to anybody, not even my worst enemy. So much disappointment on a brand new home. Have to walk completely through the kitchen in the dark to get to light switches. It has gotten worse. Running the air conditioning, cold spots are on the floor. Had an inspection done. The guy came

Bought a Commodore home 5 years old and I'm the second owner. Shingles are blowing off the the roof that weren't properly nailed down. Called the company and they wouldn't do anything about it. Very disappointing buying a house to have to spend 15K on a roof that old. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
