I've lived here for over a year now and everything has been great. No problems with the management and maintenance comes very quickly when needed. The price is very reasonable compared to others in the area that are within a mile of East Falls metro. The apartment itself is homey and I can't think of anything negative to say about it. I enjoy the amenities such as the pool, tennis courts, garden area, free parking, and hair salon/dentist. This area feels safe and everyone is friendly enough. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who works in DC and needs to metro in or to anyone who drives to the MD/VA area. Also, in response to negative reviews regarding the leasing office, they are typically very friendly and helpful whenever i need something. I haven't run into any issues
Unfortunately, my experience living here has been very disappointing. One of my neighbors is extremely noisy and disrespectful, which has made daily life stressful and uncomfortable. I have contacted the leasing/management office multiple times to report this issue, but my complaints have been completely ignored. This place is terrible.Rent increases every year for no reason, and the leasing staff are rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend living here at all.
I’ve been a resident for over 2yrs and I love the service move in was easy and the transitioning from one unit to the next was jus as easy !! . The Maintenance team responds on time, the rental office handles any issues Ive have in a timely manner with the upmost respect . I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family
Cavalier Club is an excellent place to call home. Very friendly and professional Management Staff that truly cares about its residents. Top notch amenities. Clean environment. Very good location.
I love living at Cavalier Club Apartment Homes. I have been here since April 2019. The team members in our rental office are very helpful and caring toward tenants in our building. We have a great maintenance team and management staff 😀 👍 👏
