Property is covered in DOG FECES and dead rodents, inept unresponsive Property Management, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX My response to yours: hire a company to clean up then - you obviously won’t and as you stated - you can't rely on the residents, figure it out! More and more new piles dog feces appear daily that it's piling up at this point, the is on the path to being an uninhabitable property.

I have lived here for a little under year now and I regret every day. I moved in and the toilet was broken they still have not fixed, they don’t do maintance at all they never answer the phone and I got sick 3 times from the water because they don’t clean the pipes. I have images of the water coming out the sink straight black. I got my car towed 3 times when I had the pass visible, I payed 100 for the pass just to get it towed and pay 500 the towing company said they saw the pass too but the apartments don’t answer the phone to fix the problems they cause.

I did a virtual tour on a Wednesday, spoke with Mike the manager and decided to book a one bedroom apartment. He sent me the application and had me pay a holding fee of 200$. I submitted both the application and the fee the same day and had time stamped emails to prove it. I had a missed call with no VM the next morning from the apartment complex. Called back Thursday and Friday and both times someone picked up the phone and then hung up. Called again on Monday. No response. Sent an email. Finally on Tuesday got a call back from Mike saying he had left a VM that past Thursday to let me know they had given my apartment away to someone else bc of an error in my application. He claimed he left a VM, I had none. Did not give me any chance to fix whatever the error was, despite paying the holdi

This place sucked. The apartment was really expensive and tiny, the neighbors were extremely rude, and when I moved out they changed their phone number and didn't post a new one and I never got my security deposit back. I've emailed them with no response so I guess they robbed me of $350. I highly suggest finding somewhere else. Also the highway is so loud you can hear anything else over it. I regret living there.

We have been here a year now and have had no issues at all! The complex has been kept clean and snow always gone by morning even with the bad winter we’ve had. The maintenance manager has always been right on any of our minor issues. Love it!
