Excellent experience! Selling your home, can sometimes be stressful, what I found with Cathy Lomasney with ERA Key Realty Services was just the opposite when selling my elderly fathers home. Cathy came out to the house to assess the property value, directed me to a staging service before putting the house on the market and kept me in the loop step-by-step. Over The Top Experience! It was time to sell the family home that was in a trust after 93 year young dad passed away in the nursing home, just months earlier.
