Catherine is amazing! She flawlessly handled the sale of our former home and the purchase of our new home. She coordinated everything (inspections, repairs, renovations) relating to both buying and selling, and was always available when we had questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone for any real estate needs.

Catherine helped us sell our home recently and was extremely helpful. This was our first time using a real estate agent to their full potential and she did way more than I thought was normal. She did all mediating with quotes and staging and anything that needed to be done or people who needed to see the house. I feel like I barely had to lift a finger other than making final decisions.
