Lived here for 3 years ...the apartment was a good size and window seat with a lot of light. I read the other reviews her and I will say, I have rented before so I was sure to clean my apartment before I moved out and had no issue receiving my security deposit back. I never hadn’t any major issues, But when I did contact the office I was told if maintenance did not address an issue to my satisfaction I could call an independent person/company and provide them right receipt and subtract from rent. The ONLY issue that really bothered me was I had quite a few neighbors that enjoyed cooking with heavy Indian spices which permeated their apartment and because I walked past sometimes I could smell it. Each time the ppl that cook like that moved out I noticed the apartment needed to be completely

I lived in this apartment for close to 3 years, during the Covid times until mid last year. My experience at this place was TERRIBLE, and I must say, the worst apartment experience I've ever had. As a professional, I quickly picked the unprofessional behavior and harassments I received from the property manager I dealt with, specifically, a guy called Mike. I was very faithful with my rent payment up to the time I left the apartment; however, I have not received my security deposit to date since June 2023. It is now 8 months, and there's no response to my email communication or phone call. Do yourself a favor and rent from somewhere else. THIS IS AN APARTMENT FROM HELL!!!

Terrible. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had living in an apartment. The "maintenance " man just shows up when rent is due. Went without a dishwasher for 8 months. Furnace was broken for 5 months. Water leaks everywhere. Black mold everywhere. Nobody from the office cared. They try to tell you they haven't recieved rent hoping you dont have a receipt. They try to get you to move out so they can say you broke your lease. Just all around terrible,people all the way through. Good luck trying to speak with anyone not named Mike. Who by the way is a liar and a piece of garbage. Do yourself a favor and liveANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Stayed 4 years at this place and the list of problems are endless. The office management and the service is just one word "terrible". I had to continue staying because of covid and other reasons. I can't even list all the issues, there is absolutely no respect for the tenant. I still don't have my deposit back. For this rent you can get a much more reliable place in Warsaw. The only bright side is there are multiple windows in the apartment but those windows can't stop heat or cold so you will be paying high electricity bills. Secondly you get a carport which can save you some time in winter. Apart from these two everything is a downgrade here. Be very cautious when you rent with them. I repeat excercise High CAUTION !

I lived in apartment owned by catalyst investment for 6 months in Warsaw, Indiana. The day I moved in, i figured that the apartment is not as advertised. I had to send the cleaning request again. Bedrooms were having old paint. We filed a complaint about A.C. as it was not working. We stayed without AC even during summer. We had to buy separate AC for both of our bedrooms as we had no other places to move. Catalyst investment employers are rude and they do not even reply your mail. The Maintanance guy, Mike claims that he is the property manager. At the end of 6 months, we requested to stay for 1 week extra as our new apartment was not ready.
