Catalonia

We moved in a year ago after loosing our Altadena home in Eaton Fire. We love Catalonia for a variety of reasons which include walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, cinemas. and cultural centers of Pasadena, comfortable and modern apartments, beautiful Spanish style architecture with red tile roofs, tiled courtyard, and vegetation, roof-top swimming pool, community room, gym, etc. We recently moved to a larger 2 bedroom apartment which we love.

We love living at this beautiful property. The management could not be better. They are totally professional, responsive and show that they really care about the tenants. Many of us moved in after the fire and they were gracious and unbelievably accommodating. The grounds are very well maintained and they keep adding new touches that make it even nicer. The gym is spotless as is the (heated) pool and pool deck. Been swimming all winter! As a designer, I really appreciate the aesthetic in both the public spaces and in the units. The location is excellent too. I highly recommend it.

Had a great time checking out the Catalonia. The place is gorgeous, and everything feels thoughtfully designed. Apt units are modern and comfy. Common areas are well kept. Andrew gave me an outstanding tour. Super friendly and knowledgeable… really a genuinely helpful guy. Answered all my questions and made me feel very welcomed. Highly recommend checking this place out.

I recently toured this place and it’s a really beautiful community. Andrew, one of the leasing agents, was the best. He gave a great tour and really took the time to answer all the questions we had. Definitely a place I am considering on moving to.

I had a great experience touring Catalonia, a new build in the area. My tour guide, Andrew, was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He was also very patient and showed me several units so that I could make the best decision. The overall vibe of the property was warm and welcoming. I also love the location of the building - very convenient to everything. Definitely a place worth considering if you're looking for a new home!
