Why can’t the city build an affordable housing project instead of another 55+ community? Seniors are not the only people living here and I thought the motto here is - or was - “A City for All Ages”. Fort Pierce and even parts of Palm Beach county have done more for people of lower income tiers than PSL has made half the effort to do. It’s another testament to how badly Florida wants the retirees’ money. Greedy developers.
Model home center is very nice. Appears like it's going to be a decent 55 and over development.
