Catalina Country Studio Apartments

I have been moving in here for 3 months and everything went so well. The complex is very clean, quiet, and organized. The neighbors are very friendly. On top of the affordable rent, there is NO hidding fee - No public shared fee, no admin fee, no parking fee, no amenity fee, especially NO CAT FEE. You just need to pay your rent, internet, electricity and that's all. Kelly keeps things well-organized and the management here is just so chill. I usually don't write review on Google but this place is just worth it.

I moved into Catalina Country under some rough circumstances, and Kelly and Jean were the most accommodating and genuinely kind people to take me in when they did. Over the time I lived at the property, I never had any issues with my apartment or costs of anything, the unit was actually extremely affordable for a studio apartment and my cat came free, no deposit or pet rent! The complex was super quiet which was really great since other places I’ve lived in in Tucson have been a bit noisier with college kids living nearby. I really enjoyed my time at Catalina Country, and again thank you to Kelly and Jean for being reliable, responsive about concerns, and kind!

Lived here for about six months, decent place! Pros: reasonably priced, spacious, all the appliances work with no issues, walls are well insulated so you don’t hear your neighbors, management does their best to work with you to provide a positive experience. Cons: only two washers & dryers for the entire complex (can be a pain when one of the washers or dryers stops working), there were a lot of homeless in the area & they could be very loud/disruptive at odd hours, packages would disappear from your doorstep, neighbors across the street fought like cats and dogs.

I highly recommend the graduate student community in Tucson to rent this place. It is affordable (hats off to those students on the stipend budget!). The studios are conveniently located (sitting on speedway, within walking distance to Sprouts market and a bunch of restaurants. Zayna is the best one). The studios are quiet (I couldn't hear any noise from my neighbors through the wall). Landlords are very responsive and fair (just give them a call and they will respond). The insulation for the studios is actually decent so you won't be too miserable in summer/winter.
