Catalina at Miramar

My experience from day one was nothing short of amazing! I love this community and everything about it! Jay was THEE best!! He was extremely helpful and patient with me (I was super indecisive on which unit I wanted). He didn’t rush me and really wanted me to choose something I loved! I had few interactions with Angel as well and he was a sweetheart! Both of them just very welcoming and caring. I’m very happy I went with this community!

Moving from out of state is stressful, but Angel made everything unbelievably smooth for me. He’s so kind, patient, attentive, and professional, he really paid attention to what I needed and made sure everything was handled the right way. He truly exceeded all my expectations. Anytime I emailed him, he responded within minutes and answered every question clearly. I always felt supported through the whole process. The community is super clean, quiet, and exactly what I was hoping for. I honestly love my new home at Catalina Miramar — it’s everything I wanted and more. From start to finish, Angel made my move to Florida feel effortless. I truly appreciate him. If you want an agent who genuinely cares, listens, and goes above and beyond, Angel is definitely the one to work with.

I've been living in Catalina for the past 2 years and from the moment I stepped foot in the rental office I knew this was the best community to live in Miramar. The gym, park, pool and common areas are always very well maintained. The management and support staff are incredibly helpful and friendly; Wendy, Katia, Misael, Johvaris to the newest team member Angel go above and beyond to take care of residents needs. I've many many friends here because they regularly host community events, complete with music, food and refreshments. Overall, Catalina offers a great sense of community and an excellent living experience.

Our experience at Catalina at Miramar has been amazing! From the very first tour with Angie, everything went so smoothly — she was kind, informative, and made us feel right at home. The moving process was easy and stress-free, and both Jay and Angel have been fantastic leasing agents — always professional, patient, and helpful with any questions we’ve had. We’re also very thankful to Kattia, who went above and beyond to help us with our transfer from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom. She made the whole process seamless and ensured everything was handled with care. The maintenance team is also incredible — they always respond immediately whenever we need something fixed, and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. We have lived here for almost 4 years and overall the townhouses are great. Cons: Noise is definitely an issue from the highways and from residents which can make it difficult to relax in your own home. It’s also difficult to get in contact with management other than physically going to the office. There is no response to emails/voicemails. Pros: Every year the maintenance team has been consistent and incredible. Recently, the night before Thanksgiving we had a leaking kitchen sink and disposal /plumbing issue and Eduardo the maintenance manager was prompt, kind, and quick to fix the issue. We are so grateful for Eduardo’s help and to the entire maintenance team. They are very responsive. Amenities are well maintined. Safe area to walk in.
