After multiple attempts to get the new company that just recently took over (Rosenbaum) To fix issues, Like water leaking into my apartment from outside, My heater being out for over a month, And having to deal with homeless drug addicts Who think our property is a free-for-all, I can genuinely say this is the most unsafe, I have ever felt living somewhere. On the property, there’s multiple signs stating that there is 24 hour surveillance and that it is private property, but the management company told me that they do not Provide surveillance And they will be taking the signs down. There is constantly homeless people on the property, nodding off… Stuff stolen from the laundry room on multiple occasions, And when you tell them these issues, they say call the cops but the cops don’t do anyth

How to rate a place who's landlord I love, but who's tenants and neighborhood give me the severe creeps? I hate the neighborhood. Low-class doesn't even begin to describe the detritus which has washed up at Castro Villas. Having had our outdoor plants vandalized on the first night we stayed here, we learned very quickly what type of complex this is. If you value your privacy and peace, don't come anywhere near this place.

Birds are singing here.... I moved in! ..... Laura and Richard work hard .... weekends and holidays when needed. ... awesome Steve had an awesome crew !!

Steve Levinson is an awesome landlord. Very fair and down to earth.

Nice duplexes but bad area. Alot goes on over that way
