Frank is a very sincere and helpful broker. He helped us find our new home, worked with us through the process and even after the sale went through to get us on our feet and put us in touch with the various components of owning a building. We've been working with Frank for over a year and consider him to be a great broker and a better person.

Tenants beware! Frank Castoria will take every possible avenue to try to scam you. An external garden hose pipe burst because he failed to winterize properly and it predictably froze; he tried to blame me for the huge water bill that resulted, and jacked our rent up 40% when I refused to pay the utilities that the landlord was obligated to cover in the lease. When we ultimately moved out, he stole $300 from our deposit to cover the cost (and then some; did he send it to the moon???) of disposing of his own broken dishwasher. The dishwasher (his property) was broken when we moved in two years prior, and at the time of move in I told him I didn't really need it, so he could get rid of it if he did not want to repair or replace it. You'd think that this was a favorable outcome for the landlor

Very disappointed in the service as I heard only positive things. Frank Castoria was upset that we were 15 minutes late, even though he was late himself, that he decided to yell at me instead of showing us an apartment we were interested in. DO NOT UTILIZE WITH HIM. FOR ANY TRANSACTION.

Bait and switch, anyone? They post fake listings on Street Easy, which when you call in about (and that's if by some miracle they answer their phone), they refuse to even acknowledge you are inquiring about, and immediately ask you "what are you looking for"? So unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
