Castlewood Townhouses

I have been a resident of Castlewood Townhomes since 2023. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Melissa, Leigh, Sonia and Ms. Peggy are AMAZING! I moved from Austin, Tex and I have not found a place like the Castlewood Community in Charleston or SC. I have never thought not to renew my lease! The atmosphere is so inviting and inclusive and my neighbors are THR BEST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Castlewood Townhomes to any and everyone!

Easily the best deal in the Charleston area. What you get for the rent price is a steal. The front office ladies like Melissa put a lot of effort into community events and making the place feel like home. Way better than a corporate leasing office that you never interact with.

If you are looking for your future home, look no further!! Our community is safe, peaceful, and well-maintained. The wonderful women in the office are very personable and caring. The maintenance team is top notch as well!

Still here after two years and my partner and I still love it. It's calm and safe and diverse and awesome. Reasonable rent for Chs and WA too! The ladies in the office are fun too :)

I was a faithful and truthful ,Paying on time 7 years tenant but some people are in positions that they don't need to be in.Family own business true because I respect the family but when it come to business do business. Give a deposit n still find a reason to take it when I did everything you told me to do .this what happens to law abiding people.####$$
