Great customer service with my best interest in mind... I pretty much save their phone number on speed dial. Whether it's questions or concerns regarding my rental properties, or needing some advice for purchasing another home... I always go to them first.

This realty office is very helpful to me. The customer services representative is very nice and polite. They provide various services: Insurance, File tax, and properties management. They are able to resolve issues for all properties. Their co-workers are nice and kind to deal with customers and willing to go extra miles in order to satisfy customer's needs. I am willing to refer their business to my friends and whoever I know. Overall, they are one of the best offices in the Northeast area.

Slumlords! Worst company I have EVER rented from! They try to take anything out of your security deposit. If your late after a certain amount of days they will file a lawsuit/eviction against you(&they didn’t even show up to court but deducted court fees out my deposit). In my case, they thought it was ok that a wild animal was entering through the roof and made a home in my drop ceiling. Not only did the animals have a strong feces odor, but they would run around and squeal at night. They never fixed the issue because all they wanted was their money, until I told them I was holding my rent until it was fixed and they decided to file a lawsuit and not even show up. The owner told me as long as the animals haven’t fallen through it’s fine, so you’ll wait until they fall through the ceiling

In 2007, my wife and I were looking for a home to move into. We knew it'd have to be a good home because we had planned to raise our family there. Castle Reality helped us find a GREAT home with a cute playground near by for our kids to play in. We have now been in the same house ever since. We also use them for home AND car insurance. When we bought both of our cars, they were available to to help with all the paperwork on the spot. I refer Castle to ALL my family and friends because they don't just help you find a house, but they make dreams come true! Thank you for everything! You guys are the best I've ever seen!
