Castle Lanterra

I wonder if the CEO of Castle Lanterra is aware that the Residences at The Triangle is literally falling apart. Marketed as a “luxury” property in one of Austin’s best locations, residents instead deal with ongoing safety and cleanliness issues, including sharing stairwells with the local homeless population. Exterior doors remain BROKEN and open to whoever, despite repeated requests, leaving me to fear for my safety every day when I get home! Residents pay $45 per month per unit toward amenities, yet the amenities are nonexistent. The gym has been out of commission since July, and the pool areas look horrendous. They are not a good property owner. They own my home (Residences at the Triangle, in Austin, TX) and it is clear that they do not want to spend any money on maintenance and improvements. I would be happy to change my review if they turn this around.

I am currently renting one of their properties in Suffolk Virginia and the management is horrible. The on site property management has not properly handled one issues I have had since moving in. When I decided to go over her head and find out who’s over all in charge I get nothing. I have sent several emails and I have called the number on their website multiple times. No one answers and the mail box is full so you can not leave a voicemail. This property is considered to be a luxury apartment but they run it like slum lords.

Do not recommend. Extremely poor management. Terrible customer service. Unsafe and unlivable properties. (see Harbor Pointe in Bayonne for example).

Their staff is amazing!
