Castle Group

Castle Group has employed a great team to manage our beautiful Clubhouse and community. Castle team members consistently go above and beyond to help our residents with a friendly smile. We are so thankful for great management!

Our HOA switched to Castle and it's been a mixed bag. PROS - property in good shape, able to handle repairs and maintenance, good at supervising subcontractors. CONS - view owners as annoying adversaries instead of as who they work for. Constantly reciting policies and procedures, that they wrote to be in Castle's and not owners' best interest, obsessed with limiting Castle's liability. Demand owners do and pay for routine building repairs that are the HOA's responsibility. Property Manager rarely on site and refuses to interact with owners. Workers spend their day cruising around in a golf cart or hiding in the community room. Do the basics and nothing beyond. Net net very high cost for services provided.

Kings Gate HOA staff have been amazing!! Rebecca so helpful. Loraine is so tech savvy the activities that she brought have been such a breath of fresh air. Lauren is so friendly and always welcoming. Danielle in housekeeping is always keeping kings Gate looking spectacular. Matt and Jodie in maintenance have done such an upgrade to the looks and have a needed refresh from painting to lights and so much more. Thanks to an awesome team!

Just wanted to thank the management of the Castle Group here at Kings Gate, especially Loraine Welch for the exceptional service they provide. Loraine is very pleasant and always extremely helpful. Kingsgate is a wonderful and very beautiful place that I am proud to call home.

Poor management. Follow ups are not done. Holding employees accountable for their inability to perform basic tasks Is non existent. Large employee turnover and it is understandable as to why. Tried bring this to management and was brushed aside. Your lack of empathy to your customers will be your undoing.
