Castillian Apartments

I just moved from this property but had been there for 3 years. It was a bittersweet departure because I did really enjoy living there. It is set further back from the hustle of Stark street in a spread out, community layout & very quiet for the most part, I never felt unsafe. Everyone there was very respectful & friendly. The grounds were kept up and maintenance requests answered promptly. The garbage and recycling dumpsters are kept locked and only accessible by tenants. There is ample parking and guest parking. Keith, the on site property manager, is extremely helpful, responsive, professional and easy to work with.

Great place to stay in. I like they moved everything to be done online (rent payment, utility, and maintenance requests). Also, they have very professional management. Just don't do the things yourself, and ask them to do it for you or take permission to do it. Keith the manager and the maintenance man are very polite, respectful, and love to help you out with maintenance issues.

I enjoyed living here. Keith was very helpful, and a sweet manager. I recommend this apartment complex.

I was at this complex for several years. Very nice neighborly feeling to the complex. It is ran and maintained well by very nice, proper and professional management.
