Overpriced homes that look more like condos. Tiny backyards, no front yards at all, all electric (yuck!). Poor quality control. I had to fix one homeowner's solar combiner box that was improperly attached to the outside of their house. It was actually falling off the wall and posed a fire and electrocution hazard. Really high HOA fees considering they don't have a pool, tennis court, rec facilities, or even any open space to speak of. It makes one wonder what the HOA is spending the money on. The only positive thing I saw was the homes included rain gutters.
