Our experience with Eddie Cason Custom Homes was “over the top” positive. Eddie brought attention to detail and outstanding management to every step into building our new home. We did not live in Williamsburg at the time and the communication between Eddie and us was easier than expected. We were very impressed with his knowledge of building and suggestions throughout the process. We would highly recommend Cason Custom Homes.

Mr. Cason is one of the best builders I have run across. I have building custom houses in Williamsburg for more than 24 years. I used to frame the houses for Mr. Cason and worked for him for about 3 years and tell you he builds a tight home going above and beyond.the person who left him 1 star was my son it was an accident Google maps tag him when we where on his job he was trying to back out of the site and accidentally hit the 1 star and couldn't take it back that is why he did not leave a review. If you are looking to build a home in ford's colony he is a premier builder all you have to do is schedule a meeting with him and you will see for yourself. Sorry for any confusion. Robert Sims

My wife and I are in the market to build a new home. We are doing our due diligence by "interviewing" multiple builders. As this is likely one the biggest, if not THE biggest decision we will ever make. Cason made our short list of builders, so I reached out to set up a time to meet. My first impression of Mr. Cason could not have been any better. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about what he did. We learned that we both live in the same neighborhood and that he had built upwards of 90 homes in the neighborhood. We agreed that meeting at a few of his previous builds would be a great way to see his craftsmanship first hand.
