I have been living here for a little over a year and I absolutely love it here. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix anything needing repairs. The front office is quick to text back regarding any questions and keeping us updated with inspection/fumigation/pool maintenance. You always have staff outside, cleaning, watering the flowers, and taking care of the area. Actually worth the price and everything works perfectly.

Best appartments ever!!! Pool is ALWAYS clean, quiet peaceful, beautiful scenery with many trees and plants around, maintenance is on point, staff is so awesome. We are seriously blessed to be here. ✨️🩷

At first the experience was nice & accommodating with email follow-up regarding applications were to be sent. However after phone calls to the office regarding the applications never received have been ignored cannot give this office a good review. All began on Thursday, October 24th and still nothing 😡

I have been here for about 6 months, I love this place, it is quiet and peaceful. People in the office is nice and always respond to attend our necessities. The place is clean and maintenance personal is professional , they repair or replace broken items, We feel safe and comfortable living in this place.

the gate needs to be removed or replaced it is very unpredictable and you never know if it is broken or not which can cause it to hit your car, the jacuzzi has been broken for years and pool is green and dirty, maintenance is good and always fix anything that’s broken, very well kept except for pool area and entrance.
