Apartment itself is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful. Management is frustrating they haven't been able to keep them around. Some issues with neighbors but they get evicted if they don't follow the rules. I appreciate that. Inside is pretty with a nice layout for mine, nice and open. But not all are like that, many different floor plans regardless of what their website says. The cabinets look nice but are cheaply made and they are black, so it makes them show smears and such. So I have to constantly clean them. We have, a Community garden which I love and partipate in, if you don't start from the beginning of the season you have to wait till the following season. No work no garden goodies. We have a community room and bbq but are not allowed to use it, which is really frustrating. It'

The solar power is a true detriment in the snow. Our apt. C110 was messed up to start with. OUR FIRST PG&E bill was $948!. The management was not available to us at all when the fi red st snow hit. I feared for my boyfriend safety trying to smoke off property.he could have rolled right down the hill because he is in a wheelchair into the on going traffic in the street. Our power was off for 3 days, our rugs ruined because is the faulty dishwasher overflowing. I SPENT $3000 on furniture that was stolen when the Nevada City PD advised us to let a Mr. FRANK Fisher stay because it was free cleaning. Larry went to the apartment and told him to leave, but he failed to do so His friends Jay Emmeline and their dog stayed and the apt. And would not allow me access. MY neighbors ran them off. Frank
