Do not use this guy. After moving in and being told the garage roof is good and was repaired. Its not and is leaking. Water heater claimed to have good life left to it. Had to replace. Couldn't see that the shower was caulked to hide obvious mold under it. The floors that I was told are good and sound intact weren't. All together this "inspectior" that failed to do things correctly has now cost me nearly 80k since moving in to my home. If you have a license it needs to be revoked asap and find a new hobby. Theres no way this is your job with this level of "inspecting" STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY!!!!

Jesse has taken over for Howard and is doing great! He inspected a home in Lansing for us and was prompt, personable and incredibly thorough, spending several hours with us and answering ALL my MANY questions. He found several issues I would have missed and put my mind at ease about several others. Great guy!

I do NOT recommend this inspector. Jesse missed many things in our home inspection and did not take accountability for it when brought up to him.

Howard Casey deserves a zero ratings, zero recognition. Not only could he not spot mold, but licked the mold and told me and my landlord it was paint, but, he will charge a $300 inspection fee nonetheless. He is not qualified to inspect your home when your health is a priority, unless, you want someone who will show up late to appointments, speak to you rudely, argumentative, and will choose not to listen to his customer's concerns or questions. He chooses to speak louder then you, insult you and make jokes. Yet, because he cannot do his job professionally, he will recommend you go to stores, like Menards, and buy equipment to do jobs yourself that you have already paid him $300 to do. * Luckily, I did end up contacting a different company who could not believe the heavy amount of mold thr
