I purchased a new construction from Casco Homes. I have had the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. The contractor did not attend the punch list walk, and 6 months later has not finished the punch list. The 1 year warranty is half way over and I have not lived in my house free of blue tape. John Chappel is unreasonable and unresponsive. The quality of work is poor, very poor. If I could give a 0 star that is what this company deserves. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! You will regret it!
