Cascadian Apartments

Cascadian Apartments is the best complex I have ever lived in! It first time I see very friendly and respectful management Rosa and Christina! I live here already 6 years, and I enjoy living here since I moved in. I love how management always taking care of everything that need to be done! Complex is always clean! If there is any problem in apartment staff comes to fix it right away. I am very glad that 6 years ago, I found Cascadian apartment to move in. 😊

I live here about 11 years and i love my apartment. My management office both ladies are great. Work orders are done fast. The property is always nice and clean. Management take really good care of grounds. I recommend to everyone to live here!

I lived in Cascadian Apartments for five years and been a renter for twenty. I have never experienced a more friendly and respectable management team. The property has always been clean and continuously been upgraded inside and out. The manager was always available to resolve any problems and provide fixes for any problems that came up. It was a wonderful experience living in Cascadian Apartments. I would highly recommend this place to any renter.

Cascadian Apartments is a very good a place to live. The complex is always clean and groomed well both inside and outside the buildings. The staff is polite and friendly. Maintenance guys perform their job professionally and quickly. Property is equipped with most of the things that residents need such as, good amenities inside the apartment along with an outdoor pool, covered parking, playground, etc. The complex is located in a convenient area-just across the street from Crossroads mall. The whole complex is like a park designed with safe, peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. Living here is just enjoy what I have been doing for 7 years. Just wanted to appreciate Cascadian management. I had an accidental flood in my apartment and the swift response by management after I reported was unmatched and on a weekend day too. Thank you to Alex for coming in as soon as you learnt what had happened and for taking care of it right away, Christine for coming over as soon as you got the phone call and helping get the situation under control. The swift response of the carpet company. I cant thank you enough. I am a happy tenant and proud of the management. By late afternoon the whole incident was but a story to tell. Thank you again.
