I am compelled to express my sincere gratitude and admiration for the exceptional experience I had while residing at Cascade View Apartments. In May 2023, I was transitioning through a challenging period in my life, and Kim, the manager, played a pivotal role in making my life significantly easier and providing a sense of safety and security. Having previously faced a difficult situation that led to homelessness, I was fortunate to have survived it. Kim's unwavering support and dedication made Cascade View feel like a haven, addressing all my needs with utmost care. I had relocated from my family, two states away, in pursuit of affordable housing in a safe environment, which was uncharted territory for me. Despite initial trepidation, Kim, Eugene, and my neighbors extended a warm welcome,

I lived at Cascade View for nearly five years. I really appreciate the level of service that Kim (property manager) and Eugene (maintenance) provided during my stay. The apartment was great. My unit had some great features, lots of storage, large washer and dryer, rollout shelves in the pantry cabinet, hallway shelving, good closets, a large bathroom and a vaulted ceiling in the livingroom. I will miss living here.

This isn't just an apartment, this truly feels like home. My baby and I needed an apartment this past summer, the Cascade View management team offered us a beautiful ground floor apartment with a gorgeous view of the courtyard. Kim and Eugene work incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly and truly care for the property and residents. I love that they have a 24-hour gym, and the monthly resident events are such a nice perk and a great way to meet neighbors. The property feels safe, it's at such a convenient location. I feel incredibly blessed to live here.

My fiancé and I lived here for almost two years; we had the most amazing experience. We only moved due to family, but would have stayed for many more years! Kim, the on-site manager is absolutely wonderful; she was attentive and addressed any issue immediately and professionally. Eugene, the maintenance man, was incredible as well! The property is exteremly well maintained and clean, 24hr security when needed and fitness room is well managed. The inside of the apartments is the real winner, very large and newly updated. I would recommend this property to everyone! We may even be back in a couple of years!
