They have falsified my move in records and financial records, altered my move in date and started a lease when I wasn’t even living there yet, altered my security deposit from $967 to $375, they refuse to ever come finish the maintenance from when I moved in. They moved me into an apartment that wasn’t cleaned, the carpets were never shampooed, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and there was a bowel movement left in it. The contractors finished their work. They handed me the keys, and the manager disappeared from the site and moved out that same day. It’s been a two year nightmare and I should have listened to the other reviews. Sisters Oregon units... Their running things completely illegal. I thought EPIC was bad. They're even worse. We haven't had a property manager in over 3 years now. There's filth EVERYWHERE. It's illegal to not do snow maintenance and they never do it. Getting things fixed or like pulling a hair off a hippo. They're awful. Go government for hiring the worst possible management ever.

Please do not move to any of their properties especially Buri Building in Portland. They do not manage their building with safe security. They allowed constant false fire alarms to go off for 3 years. They do not even water their mulch in front of the building when it's hot outside...it caught on fire one day when my partner and I walked in the front door. Trash overpiled and block doors for disabled people. Their managers are not trained properly to deal with managing a building like this that has issues like floors getting flooded even though the building is brand new....they didn't even install air in 2023 but they charge 885 to 900 plus for barely 400 Sq feet. I've had nothing but positive results from this place. They're quick to fix any issues I've had with the property. I've used them twice, with the duration of about 10 years and never had an issue. Not sure why they're rating is so low. I guess you're only hearing from the disgruntled on here.

I live in bend Oregon I got a ride to Portland stayed in a hotel to go to talk to Cascade management Do to them not responding to emails or calls how about reasonable accommodations and threatening behavior on property from the fill in property managers that say their paper pushers I have been trying to get ahold of them for 6 months without a return call or an email and then when I went to the office and the person at the desk told me there was absolutely no one there I could talk to I'd have to make an appointment and come back I responded I came clear from bend to talk to someone about 140 miles. Using money I did not have because they will not respond.with all my documentation and again they told me nobody was there to talk to me at all so I came all this way because I had no response
