The building itself is beautiful and the apartment was great easily 5 stars. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined the experience. I arrived about 15 minutes late, which should not have resulted in being treated poorly or made to feel uncomfortable. From the moment the agent met my boyfriend and me, the interaction felt off and unwelcoming. I had never met her before, yet the tone and behavior immediately changed, and it felt like more than just an issue of being late. Anyone living at an apartment can tour anything at anytime being 15 minutes shouldn’t been an issue the way it was. As a veteran, I was especially disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect. I’ve dealt with enough in life to not expect this kind of treatment from someone showing an apartment.

We had to move out after just two months because the unit was literally falling apart. Like many others, we were initially excited—on the surface, the amenities look great, and the building appears impressive. We had a corner unit on a high floor with floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful view. However, the windows are not double-pane on higher floors, so it feels like you're living inside a busy train station—constant noise from all directions. The wall construction is shockingly poor; it’s like the building was made out of cardboard. We could hear our neighbors’ dog barking and squealing at 4 AM regularly, and footsteps from the unit above were clearly audible. The parking garage is also a mess. It looks spacious, but most of the lower-level spots are reserved for non-resident use,

Where to start…. If i could leave 0 star i would. Just visited the building with my 8 month pregnant fiancee. Kaaman toured us around the building which seemed nice. On the tour he had mentioned there was no interest in a particular unit (3307) as there was construction right outside the unit. We on the other hand weren’t too concerned with it as we only need a place for a year. Anyways we begin the application process and i set up another meeting with them to go over some things. Pretty much just told me to do everything online myself. This is over the span of 2 days mind you. Today kaaman texts my fiancee that a coworkers “client” is now renting out the unit we are applying for. Kaaman had previously mentioned there were zero applications submitted for the unit 2 days ago and that the p

Let’s start with the positives: Joseph and Maurice at the front desk are the absolute best! They’re always so kind and welcoming. Joe, in particular, goes above and beyond to help with anything I need. He’s always smiling, checks in regularly to make sure everything’s okay, and has even helped me with my packages and apartment when I was away. He also helped me carry my recycling. If it wasn’t for Joe, the remainder of my experience at the Cascade wouldn’t be enjoyable. Unfortunately, the leasing office could really improve their service. As an international resident, paying rent has been unnecessarily complicated. They don’t accept my cheques, so I’m forced to pay by credit card — which adds an extra $90 service fee each time. That’s frustrating. Another issue is the apartment doors — t

Wow! We looked at so many units for our temporary housing in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove and Andrea was absolutely amazing! We usually don’t write reviews, but she was just so incredible that we had to write something. She was highly knowledgeable, professional, and so thoughtful. We spoke with so many people through the day and she just made everything easy. Thank you so much!
