This was an exceptionally difficult time to buy and my choosing Val's team, on recommendation, was critical to my success buying my first home in Portland. And, my offer was accepted under asking price! I worked with Katy and after week I was discouraged by so many people making over-asking offers. I was ready to give up, but Katy kept my spirits high with incredible energy. Once I identified a home she oversaw everything (like inspections/repairs) with skill and finesse. Outstandingly, Hasson covered the cost of one inspection and continued working after the sale closed. I don't think there's a better real estate agency in Portland.

Val Thorpe is an amazing agent! She went above and beyond for me while buying my first home. The experience frol the seller was horrible (Do not buy from open door they are horrible!) But Val and her team did everything they could to make it as smooth as possible! She went to bat many times and told the seller how things needed to be and fought with them many times over them trying to re word things and slip things under the rug including repairs that needed to be done to the house. She has been amazing and if I buy again I will for sure be using her as my agent again I cant thank her enough for her hard work on this deal and trying to make it a smooth process despite open doors horrible service.

Peggy Panarella is the rudest agent I have ever met. We went to look at a home this past Sunday in North Portland, located just off Denver and Rosa Parks (I won't list the address out of respect for the homeowner, however I would advise them to find a new agent.) My husband is a disabled Army Vet with a service dog. I opened the door, my husband was still in the driveway, and she yelled, "you can't bring a dog in". Mind you, Echo was wearing her service vest, with very large lettering on both sides, that say, PTSD Service Animal. She could have nicely stated no pets please, in which we could have taken the time to inform her of ADA rules, that allow Echo entry. Then I would have asked, respectfully if she or the home owners had any allergies to dogs. Yelling at someone with PTSD is tra
