Finding a home you going to live forever is not easy. With all the requirements and step by step procedure if you cannot follow you will end up not finding the right one you wanted. I say this because before we have a real state agent it takes 6 months with his service we lost $$$ and time for viewing the house that FHA loan not approved. I am glad I found Casablanca Realty Inc. With Kelly and Kitty Help us. We told them how much our budget, what kind of house we want and how much we can afford to deposit. And we Just visit houses on our bracket and just looking at a house she can tell if it will pass FHA or not. They are awesome! They are dedicated to their job. Within 1 month we found the perfect home we wanted for a very reasonable price and Stress free! Very Highly recommended!

Last year I decided to purchase a home. I was scared due to my age (73) but I went to my friends Kitty Donovan and Kelly Wells at Casablanca Realty.
